As part of our commitment as a trade union, Union Syndicale continues to stand up for fair and equal treatment for all staff. We would like to share with you the attached note, which we have put forward to the administration to address the growing concerns around security clearance procedures for expatriate Agents in Delegations. These procedures are increasingly leading to unjust consequences, despite excellent performance, due to factors entirely outside our colleagues’ control.
We believe urgent action is needed to ensure fairness, transparency, and non-discrimination. Don’t hesitate to reach out with your feedback or experiences.
