The section is reforming itself in order better to defend the interests of all the categories of staff in the schools. For example : locally recruited staff on whom reform was imposed unilaterally despite all the rules of the social dialogue.
A section of USB existed previously in the schools but gradually was suspended as the team retired. Today, the section is rebuilding and USB has a new team:
Sophie HOTTAT (Commission) : Sophie.HOTTAT@ec.europa.eu
Bernd LOESCHER (Council) : bernd.loescher@consilium.europa.eu
Olivier PETSCH (Commission) : Olivier.PETSCH@ec.europa.eu
We hope that soon a fully fledged section in the European schools will be reborn with the help of committed colleagues in the schools who work within our team.
