Guaranteed income insurance covers loss of salary in the event of illness or accident in the private sphere, for civil servants.
Who is covered? Contract and statutory civil servants.
The risks covered are :
– Illness.
– CFS, fibromyalgia and certain psychological disorders, including burn-out.
– Personal accident.
– Maternity leave (optional).
What are the benefits? Continued remuneration up to 80% of salary.
Insurance that goes beyond legal benefits:
- Legal provisions for contractual agents: replacement income (through the intervention of the mutual insurance company) amounts to 60% of salary during the first year of disability.
- Legal provisions for statutory employees: salary is maintained at 100% as long as the quota of “sick days” has not been used up.
- Insurance guarantee: up to 80% of normal salary.
What is covered

✘ Recognized work incapacity of less than 25%.
