c. Report of the Audit Board (AB)
d. VOTE: Discharge to the EC and the treasurers

3. Modification of USB Rules (to be adopted)

• Article 1. (related to the scope of affiliation)
• Article 14.2, §.2 (related to the reallocation of vacant seats)
• Article 5.3 (the right to legal assistance in pre-litigation procedures)
• Electoral Rules for USB Agencies Section Representation in the USB Executive Committee

a. Setting up of the Electoral Bureau
