Violation of the Memorandum of Understanding

Letter to President of the Permanent Commission, from USB, FFPE and USEF representatives.

The Director General has rejected the request for conciliation, in violation of Article 8 of the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU 2003) signed between the Organisation and the unions.

By rejecting it, he is refusing to reach a common agreement and is forcing through his reform.
This rejection, will have an impact on all decisions resulting from the reform and will be the subject of proceedings before ILOAT.
