Certification Exercice 2023 / 2024

The certification exercise 2023-2024 was launched on 15 September with deadline date of 6 October; it will allow 50 colleagues to be selected to pass from the category AST to AD, after following rigorous training supplemented by demanding exams.

Union Syndicale offers a session of free training to better prepare candidates in view of drafting their motivation letter, the screening interview (if your Directorate General uses this procedure) and/or for an interview with the Joint Certification Panel/Committee.Participants will improve their knowledge regarding different stages of the procedure and will receive advice on how to prepare interviews and to appear before the panel(s).  The versatility of administrators’ functions is also part of the agenda. The session will finish with questions and answers.

The Training Session is primarily aimed for Union Syndicale‘s members belonging to the AST category; however it is opened to non-embers, according to place available, and will take place only once, via teleconference :
